I now know why relationships are not a simple project . 3 months ago, a good friend referred a client to us. It was so simple. she said look through my CV and tell me why I have been applying without any good results. We went through a simple assessment, we agreed fees and with 8 working days her document was ready and sent to her for approval . She kept silent for some weeks. As usual I checked on her several times and I calmed down when she told she was comfortable.. no comments. I personally felt unconvinced because usually i expect questions and some debates, she opted for silence. To be honest, clients who are quiet on feedback seem abit complicated. They leave us wondering whether we should give up the business. Today this is what we hear from her after 3 months. our relationship with her has been distant because her silence on the work left us feeling abit inadequate, little did we know she is the kind who does not just throw praises on little things but waits for big milestones. As we speak..she traveling to one of the biggest government vocational training institute in uganda to witness a graduation ceremony. She will be receive as an in-coming PRO. Congratulations Madam PRO. so happy for you.

We often think that difficult tasks are impossible to do. And at times, this mentality leads us to not even try to do it. Like the quote says " Impossible isn't something that can't be done" it's just something that hasn't been done before". Trying is the first step to prove some things are possible. Having encountered a number of job seekers who are at the verge of losing hope, and believing it is impossible to find a job by merit, I have committed to sharing tips that have worked for many . Last three weeks I shared the three parts and Today, receive the Fourth Part out of the 10 yet to come.

let me tell yousometimes you leave university and your relative gets for you a job that is not anywhere related with what you studied but you are earning good money. for example. you are a distributor of some commodities. you supervise a big team as a trusted person of the home and others later the project ends, you need to start searching for another job. do u search jobs related to your course or related to your experience, or both. either way there will be challenges and the competition is also stiff. But read here to get a small testimony of our client. We wrote over 3 sets of CVs and the targeting was not an easy process. you clearly see ... he writes. Lately it has. meaning it took some time, but finally worked. so job hunter don't lose hope.

Most times Clients will receive the services and go quiet. Our friend here is saying. had it not impacted I would have reached out. So their way of saying good job, is to be quiet abt it. seek feedback, if you are offering any service. ask them to tell you about your services.
