Hands down, simply the best pizza in the south. Everything made fresh in restaurant. Dough, sauce, meats and veggies prepped on site each morning. And there's a full arcade inside too, which makes waiting painless. Paul took great care of us, even for a later evening meal. You gotta get some of this pizza!!

First time here. The place was nice and the kids played in the arcade while we waited to get seated. Food came out hot. The wings were great as were the breadsticks. Personally I found the pizza to be mediocre. Not really much better than getting Dominos. Perhaps I was expecting more?

Dropped by on a Wednesday evening, not too crowded. Ordered the Carnivore pizza. The fire baked pizza was really good! Our waiter Hunter, checked on us numerous times to see if we needed anything. Overall excellent service and excellent pizza!

Great pizzas! Service was great. Food took a while to come out but was worth the wait. Clean restaurant and bathrooms. They have dairy free cheese. Lots of choices for toppings. Wait quoted was 45-50 min and got seated within 30 min. Glad we came here to eat!

Amazing! This pizza did not disappoint. Not only was the food super tasty, the wait time for our order was only 20 minutes on a Saturday night for a pickup. I ordered two pizzas, wings, cheese sticks 4 cannolis, and a kid pizza. Included we also received complimentary portioned "extras" bags. These included about 5 packets each of crushed red pepper and grated parmesan, a couple mints, and a pack of those fancy single ended toothpicks with emblems of the company of Big Daddy's other business. Makes you want to try them after how awesome this place was.

Great pizza place. Has multiple locations in the area. Food and service was great. We ate towards the end of the night but the waitress Jessi was still very attentive and did whatever she could to make our experience the best. Prices were reasonable for the food we got. Great pizza, great arcade for the kids to play in while you wait, and the service was top notch. Everyone went above and beyond to make this an enjoyable experience. Not to mention I had an almost complete meat pizza crust and all.

Very good pizza. The Sticky Wings were even better! They were small, but the cook made up for that with double the stated amount on the menu. The place was very busy, with people waiting for tables. However, my carryout order was ready in a reasonable time. And prices are reasonable too. Staff was good.

Last night here in Pigeon Forge and we hadn't sat down to eat at a place satisfying enough for my taste buds. Big Daddy's was excellent! We were seated quickly, within 2 minutes. Our server was Brandon, and he was exceptional. We had a party of 12, and he was kind, patient, and great at what he does! We ordered the bruschetta, spinach and artichoke dip, and a 14" pizza (2 different halves). Al the food was delicious. Spinach dip was homemade and seasoned so well. 😋 I am happy we came here. Thanks for the good food!

Stopped in for pizza on our trip to Pigeon Forge. Everyone was so welcoming. Our server Tina was wonderful. The food was delicious! We had a 10 inch Mamma Mia pizza (pepperoni removed) and a small order of Dough Daddies with Marinara sauce. The sweet tea was great, too. Thank you for a wonderful experience on our vacation. Highly recommend stopping in to see them.

This place is awesome, especially if you have kids. Our waiter, Todd, was fantastic. The food was great, and there is an attached arcade. It was the first arcade my son had been to and he had a blast while waiting for our pizza. He even got a donut with his kids meal which he really enjoyed.

They had some really great pizza. So refreshing after eating just papa John's for so long. The food was hot and every aspect of it was amazing. We also got wings and they were really good. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was really clean. They also had an arcade with a decent assortment of games to play while you wait. Overall just a really great experience and I would most definitely come here again.

This is a hard one to review. The food was excellent, the waiter Jimmy, when above and beyond, but..........but they are not 2nd Amendment friendly like the majority of the places in Pigeon Forge. Nearly all of the other places that did not allow defense of family or self, had security guards. I saw no security guards here.We dinned in, but I recommend if you buy get take out for your own piece of mind.I give them 5 stars for food, 5 stars for the waiter Jimmy, but 0 stars on 2nd Amendment Civil Rights.

Bought a Classic pizza. Delicious!! Friendly customer service. No wait. Pizza was delivered in less than 10 minutes. Great lunch, great price. Thanks for being awesome!!

We absolutely love eating here for pizza, it is the number one pizza place in Pigeon Forge! We stopped here way back in 2020 on our honeymoon and just went back again last week in 2023. The quality is still the same if not better. I really love the dough daddies. It is worth buying cheese sauce, though I wish the dough daddies came with a side of marinara and cheese. The marinara was not our favorite sauce and thought it was missing something. Needed a bit more flavor to it. My husband and I split a small pizza and it was plenty for both of us. The cheese was wild--I've included a picture of the cheese pull! Overall we had a really great experience. Our server, Becca (sorry if spelled incorrectly) helped us and was very attentive. We will be back whenever we find ourselves in Pigeon Forge again.

Amazing pizza.... brick oven crust is so crisp and delicious... got to split a pizza in to 2 different types... had the taco pie and porky pie... they were amazing.... the porky pie was best with the loads of meat but the sweet BBQ sauce set it off.... by far the best pizza I've ever had.... makayla was our server, she was super friendly and had great suggestions.... amazing place for sure

Traveling into Pigeon Forge/ Gatlinburg with a large party(9), we found it rather hard to find a place that could seat us. We landed here and it was perfect. Very fast seating and plenty of room. Many seats for large parties and booths for normal sized parties. Food came out super fast and was delicious. Staff was super helpful and attentive. When leaving at least 5 people met us and thanked us for stopping by. Definitely deserves a 5 star.

We did a takeout, so we really didn’t get service. I did wait in the “takeout” area, and no one was there. I basically had to look into the reception area, and one of the three standing there finally acknowledged me. So service was ok, but I couldn’t make a full review without dinning in to say. Overall, the pizza was good. The wings were definitely good, but I'm not sure why they are so small. It’s like these chicken wings were half the size of the regular chicken wings I have had elsewhere. Not that I haven’t been to other places with wings this small. 😂O.G. Wings, Sticky Wings, 14" Carnivore, 14" Smoky Mtn.The carnivore was really good, and the Smoky Mtn. had a white sauce, of which I’m not a fan, but my wife likes that. Not really a complaint, but prices are going up, people. Feeding a family of five is burning through my pocket. It’s everywhere I go now.

This is my first time sitting down & eating at this location. I had order food to go last year when I visited. I had to bring my family this time. Food was great 😊 Pizza and Sandwiches. Nick was our server and he was awesome. Atmosphere was lovely and warm. Was greeted and seated fast. 💨 I highly recommend. Bring your family have some pizza 🍕

I called ahead of time to get a large carnivore, The girl is pretty nice, but I asked if you guys have red pepper, she says yes and just looks at me while she's folding boxes. She couldn't say hold on a minute or I'll give it to you when your pizza comes up, just nothing. A large carnivore in this picture came to $30. I am a local and I've come here many times and have never been disappointed, this time. It just seems like they have gotten cheap or they accidentally made me a small. The quality is less than mediocre, Do yourself a favor, just go to Little Caesars. I was definitely expecting a little better of a pizza than this, but Hey, at least it's hot.

Me and my family came here for lunch and enjoyed ourselves. The pizza is delicious, the spinach artichoke dip is something special and the wings offer some nostalgia. Our server Braxton was awesome so if you stop by asked for him.
